Originally from Norwich, I’m a proud supporter of the Canaries. Beyond the office, you’ll find me on the mountain trails or coaching my daughter Lily’s football team. My son Jonah and daughter Lily both play Rugby and share my love for mountain biking, making our weekends a thrilling mix of football matches, Rugby and rugged trails. I understand the thrill, the risks, and the joy that sports bring, and I’m here to ensure you can continue to experience them without worry. When not immersed in sports, I indulge in my passion for DIY, constantly learning to make new things and tinkering with my track cars—a testament to my love for all things automotive.

Meet Jan Howells, your dedicated insurance advisor at Worx Sports Insurance. Jan is a committed professional and a passionate motocross enthusiast who competes at both the veterans’ club and national levels. His love for sports extends beyond motocross. He’s an avid gym-goer who trains 3 to 4 times a week, a competitive boxer, and a devoted coach for the under-9s rugby team. Jan’s firsthand experiences in sports and the challenges they bring make him uniquely positioned to understand and cater to the insurance needs of athletes and active individuals like you. When he’s not at work, Jan is a loving husband to Amy, his best friend and the boss, and a proud dad to two energetic boys, Archie, 9, and Jake, 4.

Jan has faced many injuries from his sports, including four ACL reconstructions, two broken neck incidents, a shattered wrist and hand, and a torn Achilles tendon. These experiences have made him resilient and uniquely positioned to understand the insurance needs of athletes and active individuals.

I’m Callum; I’ve been in the industry for ten years. I found this industry to be my calling after racing motocross for over 20 years and realising how many broken bones I had picked up along the way and how important it is to ensure everyone is educated on what insurance they can have and how it can benefit them! You can pursue your hobbies and passions more relaxedly, and having the right insurance is one less thing to worry about! After hanging my boots up (for now), I am supporting my young son through his journey and realising the financial burden it would be if I weren’t able to work and support my family; I love being able to help and support as many people as possible make sure they and their families needs are covered!
