Ash Sims
Hi, I’m Ash.
WORX Sports Insurance was built around a simple idea: providing personal insurance advice from people who genuinely understand their clients.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me mountain biking, coaching my daughter Lily’s football team or spending time with my family. Like many of our clients, we often spend our weekends at football matches, training sessions and sporting events.
Being actively involved in sport gives me a practical understanding of the considerations that matter to many individuals and families. Whether you’re looking to protect your income, your family or your future plans, my aim is always to provide clear advice and personal service from start to finish
Callum Swan
I’m Callum, and I’ve worked in the insurance industry for over ten years.
Before becoming an adviser, I spent more than twenty years involved in motocross and experienced my fair share of injuries along the way. Today, my connection to the sport continues through my son Cooper, who races motocross himself.
That experience has given me a real appreciation of the importance of understanding the protection options available to active individuals and sporting families.
I enjoy helping clients understand their options, explaining things in straightforward language and helping them make informed decisions based on their own circumstances and priorities.
Josh Turner
Josh brings a unique perspective to the team, combining insurance experience with a lifelong passion for mountain biking.
Outside of work, Josh competes at an elite level in downhill mountain biking, representing Great Britain in the UCI Mountain Bike World Series and competing across national events. He is also actively involved in mountain bike coaching and content creation.
His experience within the sport allows him to relate to many of the riders, athletes and families we work with, providing real-world insight alongside professional advice.
